Friday Night Projects

Developed in consultation with young people, the Friday Night Projects were set up in partnership with local authorities, the Police & Crime Commissioner and youth charities, with funding from Sport England.

Herts Big Hit

Herts Big Hit was a three-year project funded by the Big Lottery’s Community Fund

Working in partnership to tackle anti-social behaviour

There was an issue in Wem, North Shropshire with anti-social behaviour by young people, particularly in the evenings. The local police team were looking for support to help tackle the problem.

Breaking Chains

A Better Tomorrow are an addiction recovery service that work with around 40 adult males to support their journey back into a ‘normal life’. Energize recognised that the addition of a sporting offer to the recovery process could aid peoples recovery and reduce the number of people that relapse during this period.
