Creating the Conditions for Success

Over 250 staff and board members from 44 CSPs recently benefited from attended the CSP Network 2017 Convention titled ‘Creating the Conditions for Success’. Attendees rated the convention with an NPS of 61%, a rise of 10% from 2016.

 The convention focused on the future role of CSPs, enabled colleagues to share great examples of work happening across the country and discuss new ideas going forward of how to ensure the network continues to inspire and motivate more people to become active. 

 CSP staff commented;

 “The convention provided a great opportunity to network with CSP colleagues as well as taking dedicated time to think ahead and plan for the future.”

 

“Very well organised, excellent menu of options and great networking opportunity

 Over 40 presenters and organisations were involved in delivering keynotes, clinics and workshops over the 2 days including keynotes from Jennie Price, CEO of Sport England and a supportive video message from Tracey Crouch, Minster of Sport.

Cameron Jones, Global VP R &D Hair, Head of Unilever Port Sunlight and Chair of MSP, challenged the network to look at value creation and how to strive to survive. This included the network showcasing its value creation and demonstrating how its work enriched people life’s, developed skills for life’s, strengthened communities and enhanced the economy.

 The convention closed with the announcement of the winners of the CSP Network Impact Awards. The details of the winners are all below:
