RunningSpace – running to beat suicide

Submitted on 24th September 2019

Active Sussex have invested Sport England Funding into Rother District Council to build the workforce needed to engage inactive people. What coaches and clubs are needed to make this happen?

In focus: RunningSpace – running to beat suicide - the inspirational Sussex organisation that delivers Walk2Run groups across Sussex.

The groups help support people with long term health conditions including mental health conditions and they also deliver 'safeTALK Suicide Alertness for Everyone’ training.

Watch the video to take a closer look at some of the participants journey’s from inactive to active.
