A survey of approximately 2,000 national, regional and local partners working with CSPs revealed that 91% of them were either very satisfied or satisfied with the added value provided by CSPs over the last 12 months, representing a rise of 7% from the previous year.
National Governing Bodies, School Sport colleagues and the Higher Education sector all saw significant increases in the Net Promoter Score they provided to reflect their increasing likelihood of recommending CSPs to their colleagues.
The increase in satisfaction was attributed to a number of reasons including;
- CSPs being able to provide local insight to support national initiatives
- Increased awareness of CSPs business and the valuable role they can play
- CSPs being able to offer impartial advice and strategic links that most effectively meet needs
- More flexibility to explore local opportunities and add value
The CSP Network undertakes an annual Partner Satisfaction Survey and uses the results to continually improve the service it provides to partners.
