Somerset Sports Partnerhip  #ThisGirlCan ambassadors are having a go at activities across Somerset, some for the first time ever and others for the first time in many years.

Watch their vlogs to see how they got on and how you can get involved and get active.

http://www.sasp.co.uk/ambassadors-have-a-go-at-activit

Last weekend they visited Durleigh Sailing Club to ‘have a go’ at sailing for the first time as part of the Royal Yachting Association - Push The Boat Out Campaign.

Follow us on twitter and facebook to watch their journey as they step outside their comfort zone, face their fears and hopefully inspire more women in Somerset to have a go and get active. Use the following tags to join the conversation #ThisGirlCan #Somerset.
